Report Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases of Liquorli.st market reports and custom market analysis.

Effective: August 18, 2026 · Version: 2026-08-18

1. Agreement

By submitting an order and accepting these terms, you agree to these Report Terms of Sale and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you are ordering for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What you are purchasing

Your order covers the report product, geography, reporting period, and included files described on the order page or in a written custom quote. Reports are delivered electronically. County and regional reports use public MLCC data and U.S. Census estimates available for the stated reporting period.

Custom analysis may be subject to additional scope, price, timing, and delivery terms stated in its written quote. If a custom quote conflicts with these terms, the custom quote controls for that project.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment for fixed-price reports is processed by Stripe. You authorize the charge displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and selecting the intended report and geography.

4. Delivery

We normally deliver fixed-price reports to the email address supplied with the order within five business days after confirmed payment. A different delivery estimate may be stated before purchase or in a custom quote. If we cannot fulfill the order within the promised period, we will contact you and offer a revised delivery date or a full refund.

5. Cancellations, corrections, and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before the report is delivered. Because reports are digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery.

We will provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund if you receive the wrong report, are charged more than once, cannot access the delivered files, or the delivered report materially differs from its description. Contact brian@liquorli.st promptly with the order email address and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Permitted use

Your purchase grants you and your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for internal research, planning, evaluation, and presentations to your employees and professional advisers. You may quote limited portions with attribution to Liquorli.st.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, or redistribute a report or its underlying files as a standalone data product without written permission.

7. Data and analysis limitations

Reports are informational research products, not legal, financial, investment, licensing, or accounting advice. MLCC purchase data reflects licensee acquisitions, not consumer retail revenue, profit, or consumption. Public records may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or contain inconsistent classifications. Census estimates and derived measures are also subject to revision.

We work to describe sources, reporting periods, methods, and material limitations accurately, but we do not promise that a report is error-free or suitable for every decision. You remain responsible for verifying information material to your decisions with official sources and qualified advisers.

8. Privacy and report contents

We use order information to process payment, communicate about the order, deliver files, and provide support as described in our Privacy Policy. Current report products exclude owners’ names, personal contact information, violation records, and other personal-license data.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Liquorli.st is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of a report. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The version accepted at the time of your order governs that order. We may revise these terms for future purchases, but a later version will not replace the version recorded with an earlier order.
